SB Tank Pressure Regulator
The Alfa Laval SB Tank Pressure Regulator maintains the working pressure in the vapour space, or at the top, of a process tank during filling, processing and emptying. It generally connects directly to the gas pipe or Cleaning-in-Place (CIP) pipe that leads in to the tank top, or is incorporated into a flow panel. This ensures process safety and effectiveness as well as safeguards product integrity.
SBV Sanitary Ball Valve
The Alfa Laval Sanitary Ball Valve (SBV) is a hygienic ball valve designed with a bore diameter the same size as the pipeline diameter. The full-bore design with zero flow restriction and minimum pressure drop makes the SBV the optimum choice to handle high-viscosity or particulate liquids. It is also ideal for use in pigging systems to prevent product waste and optimize plant performance.
Scraped Surface Heat Exchanger UHT Systems

SCT-ECO Stress Crack Tester for PET Bottles (Pneumatic Model)
The SCT-ECO Stress Crack Tester measures the stress crack resistance of PET bottles, ensuring accurate and efficient quality control.
To test the stress crack resistance of multiple carbonated soft drink bottles.
The AT2E SCT-ECO Stress Crack Tester is a pneumatic model designed to test the internal stress in a bottle’s base and for determining the stress crack resistance of blow-molded PET carbonated soft drink bottles. By measuring the propensity for base cracking upon exposure to an aqueous sodium hydroxide solution in a controlled environment, the user can simulate the long-term behavior of bottles. This machine doesn’t need electrical power to operate, just an air line.

- Single chamber, 6, 12, 18, 24, 26 or 30 testing stations
- Double chamber, 32 or 36 testing stations
SCT-PLC High Accuracy Stress Crack Tester for PET Bottle Durability
The SCT-PLC Stress Crack Tester measures the stress crack resistance of PET bottles, with its PLC control ensuring accurate and efficient quality control.
The AT2E’s STC-PLC Stress Crack Tester PLC model is designed to test the internal stress in bottle base and for determining the stress crack resistance of blow-molded PET carbonated soft drink bottles by measuring the propensity for base cracking upon exposure to an aqueous sodium hydroxide solution under a controlled environment, so that to estimate the long term behavior of bottles.
