Aldec

Alfa Laval Aldec centrifuges are designed for the sludge thickening and dewatering process in municipal and industrial wastewater treatment plants, as well as potable water works, solid waste plants, and biogas plants. Our decanter centrifuges focus on cost-efficiency, reliability, easy operation, and sustainability.

Aldec G3

The Alfa Laval Aldec G3 sludge dewatering centrifuge is the latest generation of sludge dewatering equipment for municipal and industrial wastewater treatment plants. It is designed to set a significantly higher standard for both process performance and environmental impact in sludge dewatering.

ALDRUM G3

The Alfa Laval rotary drum filter Aldrum G3 sets a new standard for sludge thickening. The sludge thickener efficiently thickens sludge to optimize downstream processes, boosting biogas production and reducing dewatering costs. Its enhanced design, featuring a rotary drum filter and an efficient sludge hopper, improves performance while keeping operating costs low.

ASH Belt Thickener

Using gravity to thicken dilute sludge and slurries, the Alfa Laval AS-H belt thickener is suitable for all municipal or industrial flocculated sludges – particularly those from biological and activated sludge processes. Low energy and polymer consumption and trouble-free operation give important reductions in both cost and hassle for wastewater management.

Automatic CIP systems

CIP (cleaning in place) systems are used to clean productive units for foods and beverages such as fruit juices, dairy products, and pharmaceutical products, and any company premises where elevated standards of hygiene and cleanliness are required.

Back-pressure Valves Aseptomag® GD

The desired back-pressure at the valve seat is reached by supplying compressed air to the pneumatic actuator. A welded stainless steel bellows is used to hermetically seal the product area from outside contamination. This special design and the durable valve seat seal made of Tefasep® enables optimum process and product safety.
