Designed for pump, single-, or two-stage homogenization, the Pilot 4T supports pilot and small-scale production with flow rates from 20 to 600 lph (5–158.5 gph). Its three-plunger configuration ensures smooth performance under diverse conditions.
Durable and Hygienic Design
Constructed with a monoblock liquid end from duplex stainless steel and hardened homogenizing valves (tungsten carbide, Stellite, or ceramic), the unit supports CIP and SIP cleaning and complies with 3A and FDA standards.
Advanced Control Options
Users can choose between manual operation or touchscreen PLC control, with integration-ready interfaces for Allen Bradley or Siemens platforms.
