SRU
The Alfa Laval SRU rotary lobe pump is a positive displacement pump for gentle handling of sensitive process fluids in demanding hygienic applications. SX UltraPure
The Alfa Laval SX UltraPure Rotary Lobe Pump is designed with optimized pump head geometry and multi-lobe rotors to ensure low-shear operation with minimum pulsation. This makes the SX UltraPure the best choice for maintaining the integrity of delicate products in high-purity applications. The pump is designed according to the most stringent hygienic design standards and with verified, effective Cleaning-in-Place (CIP) and Sterilization-in-Place (SIP).
T/TZ
Alfa Laval T/TZ Rotary Jet Head tank-cleaning range provide exceptional cleanability, better end-product quality, greater overall output and reduced operating costs. They are designed for hygienic applications such as food, dairy and beverage. Available in various sizes and different configurations covering any tank size.
Tank leg and base plate
The Alfa Laval LKTC Tank Leg is a fully adjustable stainless steel support for freestanding tanks or vessels. Sturdy and compact, it can stand either directly on the floor or, to ensure stability on uneven floor surfaces, on an optional steel base plate. The LKTC Tank Leg is capable of supporting maximum static loads of up to 160,000 N within an area of 7,800 mm2. Designed to stand on a base plate, the sphere-shaped tank feet are capable of supporting a maximum load of up to 19 tons.
Thermal Vapor Recompression (TVR) Evaporators
The Anhydro® Tubular TVR Evaporator provides gentle, cost-effective evaporation for low-viscosity liquids in dairy, food, and industrial processing. It’s falling film design with thermal vapor recompression (TVR) and a multi-effect setup maximizes energy efficiency while protecting product quality.
The system is ideal for heat-sensitive ingredients enabling consistent concentration, reduced steam use, and precise temperature control—all in a hygienic, CIP-compatible design.
ThinkTop® V20
Boost process productivity and secure product traceability with the Alfa Laval ThinkTop V20 valve indication unit. Reliable and cost-effective, it provides intuitive sensing of the hygienic valve status and position in real time. Easy to install on Alfa Laval valves with standard mushroom connections, the valve sensor is suitable for hygienic applications across the dairy, food, beverage, home and personal care, biotechnology, pharmaceutical and many other industries.
