Industrial semi-welded line
Alfa Laval provides an extensive range of industrial semi-welded plate heat exchangers, designed for handling liquids and gases that are incompatible with standard gaskets or require operation at higher pressures. These heat exchangers are widely used in refrigeration applications, particularly for the evaporation and condensation of ammonia and CO2 for their exceptional resistance to ice formation and fatigue stresses caused by pressure and temperature fluctuations.
LKRK
The Alfa Laval LKRK static spray ball is a tank cleaning machine for low-impact cleaning duties at low pressures. This spray ball releases cleaning media in a pre-defined pattern onto the tank interior, and a free-falling film flushes residues from the walls. It is a cost-effective choice for cleaning a broad range of products.
MultiJet
The Alfa Laval MultiJet Rotary Jet Head tank-cleaning range removes hard-to-clean residues from surfaces in harsh process environments in the paint, starch, home care, chemical, pulp and paper, ethanol, oil and other industries. Its robust construction ensures durability, while its worm gear design provides the high torque required for operational reliability. The result is exceptional tank cleaning efficiency, better end-product quality, greater overall output and reduced operating costs.
