Regulating valves

GEA’s regulating valves type HRAR and HRAB are regulating and shut-off devices activated by a hand wheel.

Replacement caps for FDO® sensors – WTW

FDO® sensors are the perfect solution for measuring dissolved oxygen. In addition to being free of calibration and flow, with their 45° membrane, they are also insensitive to air bubbles.

SA Simplified Aphrometer

A customizable, stainless steel manometer (pressure gauge) designed for precise measurement of internal pressure in sealed containers, such as those used in the production of carbonated beverages. It features various aphrometers and needle sizes, making it ideal for ensuring accurate carbonation levels across multiple batches.

Safety Valves

Safety Valves, type SVA & SVU, dependent on back pressure, spring-loaded

SCT-D Stress Crack Tester for PET Bottle Durability

A high-precision device designed to evaluate the durability of PET bottles by simulating long-term stress conditions using sodium hydroxide solution, with multi-position testing, automated control, and robust safety features for accurate and reliable quality control.

SCT-ECO Stress Crack Tester for PET Bottles (Pneumatic Model)

The SCT-ECO Stress Crack Tester measures the stress crack resistance of PET bottles, ensuring accurate and efficient quality control.
To test the stress crack resistance of multiple carbonated soft drink bottles.
The AT2E SCT-ECO Stress Crack Tester is a pneumatic model designed to test the internal stress in a bottle’s base and for determining the stress crack resistance of blow-molded PET carbonated soft drink bottles. By measuring the propensity for base cracking upon exposure to an aqueous sodium hydroxide solution in a controlled environment, the user can simulate the long-term behavior of bottles. This machine doesn’t need electrical power to operate, just an air line.
Models available:
  • Single chamber, 6, 12, 18, 24, 26 or 30 testing stations
  • Double chamber, 32 or 36 testing stations

SCT-PLC High Accuracy Stress Crack Tester for PET Bottle Durability

The SCT-PLC Stress Crack Tester measures the stress crack resistance of PET bottles, with its PLC control ensuring accurate and efficient quality control.
The AT2E’s STC-PLC Stress Crack Tester PLC model is designed to test the internal stress in bottle base and for determining the stress crack resistance of blow-molded PET carbonated soft drink bottles by measuring the propensity for base cracking upon exposure to an aqueous sodium hydroxide solution under a controlled environment, so that to estimate the long term behavior of bottles.
This equipment is available in 1, 6, 10 or 12-station models (other configurations under request)
