Diabon
Alfa Laval Diabon combines the highly efficient heat transfer ability of a compact plate heat exchanger with an exceptional corrosion resistance in a graphite material. The Diabon™ range offers an ideal solution for duties where metallic, glass or Teflon® plates don’t match the requirements for a corrosion resistant, easy serviceable and thermally efficient heat exchanger.
Direct Drive Centrifuges
SPX FLOW Seital Separation offers a wide range of solids-retaining separators for liquid/liquid/solid separation with very low solids content in the feed (less than 0.2% in volume). This type of separator allows efficient separation of a mixture into its two phases and the recovery of fine particles (0.5–500 µm) by means of a very high peripheral centrifugal field (G-force).
DOC
Alfa Laval DOC (dedicated oil cooler) brazed plate heat exchangers provide the same efficient heat transfer and compact construction as our CB models, but with a design that is specifically engineered for oil cooling applications. With a reinforced flange connection that withstands high vibrations, DOC units can reliably handle heavy mechanical loads that accompany engine and hydraulic applications.
DP4 – Piggable Valve
Piggable valves enable you to recover costly products out of product lines. Once the pig is forced through the line, the remaining product film on the inside of the product line can then be removed with much less CIP fluid which lowers the amount of wastewater, cleaning fluids and cleaning time. They are particularly well suited in processing viscous fluids.
DT4 Series – Tank Outlet Double Seat Mixproof Valves
The DT4 tank outlet mix proof valve is used for the reliable separation between the tank and servicing pipeline. The DT4 tank outlet is an extension to the D4 Series mix proof family which helps fulfil today’s customer demands for production flexibility, increased productivity, rapid return on investment (ROI) and improved product quality in the food and drink, dairy, personal care and brewing process industries.
DuraCirc

The Alfa Laval DuraCirc® circumferential piston pump (CPP) delivers it all – high volumetric efficiency, EHEDG and 3-A conformance, and quick and easy service.
For a cost-effective pump selection offering a broad application scope, the range consists of 13 models, capable of flow rates up to 150 m3/hr (660 gpm) and pressures of 40 bar (580 psi).
Simplify service in terms of complexity and time with user-friendly features including a truly front-loading, self-setting single mechanical seal, use of a single long-life oil lubricant, and external shimming.

DW Series – Piston & Bi-Lobe Rotor Pumps
The DW Positive Displacement Pump Series delivers high volumetric efficiency with minimized internal clearances for cost savings. It ensures ultra-hygienic operation, handles harsh CIP/SIP cycles and provides pulse-free performance for consistent flow. With gentle product handling, low NPSH requirements, easy maintenance and low noise levels.
