The Nexus Pilot Plant is designed for high efficiency and low energy consumption, utilizing environmentally friendly and highly efficient CO2 as a refrigerant.
Nexus® – Scraped Surface Heat Exchangers
Nexus is a compact, high-capacity, high-pressure scraped surface heat exchanger designed for various high-viscosity applications within the Fats & Oils industry. It is designed for low energy consumption using CO2 as the highly efficient cooling medium, but it can also be used with the traditional ammonia NH3. It provides high crystallization performance, minimal downtime, and easy maintenance.

NOVADOS Express Metering Pump
Competitively priced and ready for quick delivery, our NOVADOS EXPRESS H1 is precision engineered for getting the job done. These hydraulically actuated double diaphragm dosing pumps cover flow rates of approx. 2 l/h to 300 l/h, with pressures up to 20 bar. Suitable for most liquid dosing applications, it can also handle consistencies ranging from pure liquids free from particles to slurries with a solids content of up to 5wt%.
