Industrial semi-welded line

Alfa Laval provides an extensive range of industrial semi-welded plate heat exchangers, designed for handling liquids and gases that are incompatible with standard gaskets or require operation at higher pressures. These heat exchangers are widely used in refrigeration applications, particularly for the evaporation and condensation of ammonia and CO2 for their exceptional resistance to ice formation and fatigue stresses caused by pressure and temperature fluctuations.

LabStak™ M10

Alfa Laval MBUX industrial centrifuges are designed for recovery of yeast and bacteria in pharmaceutical and probiotics applications. These pharmaceutical centrifuges are available in different sizes and require relatively little energy to recover concentrated solids. The concentrated biomass flows through a set of nozzles into the center of the centrifuge, where it is pumped out under pressure using a paring device. This closed configuration also enhances hygiene.

LabStak™ M20

The Alfa Laval LabStak™ M20 module is a flexible plate-and-frame test unit for flat sheet membranes and membrane filtration processes. It is the ideal unit for research and developmental work, quality assurance as well as pilot plant process optimization and up-scaling.

LabStak™ M37/38

The Alfa Laval LabStak™ M37/38 module is a flexible plate-and-frame test unit for ultrafiltration and microfiltration membrane processes. The unit utilizes support plates and flat sheet membranes as our full-scale membrane filtration modules.

LabStak™ M39 L/H

The Alfa Laval LabStak™ M39 module is specially developed for ultrafiltration and microfiltration of highly viscous products and fermentation broths.

LabUnit M10

With a membrane area of only 336 cm², the Alfa Laval LabUnit M10 is our smallest and most compact cross-flow membrane filtration equipment.

LabUnit M37/38

The Alfa Laval LabUnit M37/38 is a fully integrated plate-and-frame system for ultrafiltration and microfiltration membrane processes. The module of this unit utilizes the same support plates and membranes as our full-scale membrane filtration modules. This makes the Alfa Laval LabUnit M37/38 a flexible tool for process development, up-scaling, membrane testing, quality assurance and small-scale production. Optional plate sets are available for feeds of different viscosity / solids content

LKB UltraPure

LKC UltraPure

The Alfa Laval LKC UltraPure Non-return Valve is a hygienic one-way check valve for use in various processes throughout the high-purity industry to prevent reverse flow. It is easy to install, ensuring safety and high product quality.

LKRK

The Alfa Laval LKRK static spray ball is a tank cleaning machine for low-impact cleaning duties at low pressures. This spray ball releases cleaning media in a pre-defined pattern onto the tank interior, and a free-falling film flushes residues from the walls. It is a cost-effective choice for cleaning a broad range of products.

M line

Alfa Laval M line of gasketed plate-and-frame heat exchangers is used for high design pressure (>10 bar/145 psi), such as in carbonated beverages. The large range of plate and gasket types complies with Food Contact Materials (FCM) requirements for pasteurization and other heating and cooling duties in hygienic and utility applications in the dairy, food, beverage and pharmaceutical industries.

MBPX

Alfa Laval MBPX is a high-performance pharmaceutical centrifuge range engineered for the demanding needs of the pharmaceutical industry. Separation of suspended particles typically sized 0.5 – 500µm is highly efficient thanks to the unique gentle processing. The range includes machines from small batches and advanced separation systems to large-scale vaccine and probiotics production.
